The ideal Candidate would come to us with 1 or more years experience in outside sales, but recent college grads should apply. Starting compensation commensurate with experience. Duties:
Identify customer needs. Recommend appropriate products, systems, and programs to expand product mix.
Create a business plan for developing new business and increase existing business.
Identify target accounts in conjunction with management.
Responsible for overall gross margin results within a defined account base.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Ability to work independently and the desire to be successful
